TERMS OF SERVICE
Please come prepared with the funds and character references before reaching out to me.
I as the artist, have all rights to decline any commission I deem I cannot complete or I feel uncomfortable doing.
AI/NFT USAGE IS PROHIBITED
By commissioning me you agree to my TOS and will NEVER use my art to train AI's / 'enhance' my work, or feed it into AI to change any details of it.
NO NFTS
None of my work can be used for AI / NFTs.
NO AI
That includes grok/chat gpt/ any other AI tools.
This rule applies to past, current and future commissions from me.
ART COMMS T.O.S
All prices are listed in USD by defaultI only use vgen/paypal/kofi for payments
No refunds will be given if the commission is complete or if the first wip has been shown to you within a week of me marking the commission as WIP.
GENERAL TERMS
All of my art / adopts are digital purchases and will be sent via email or toyhouse
I will still hold rights to use the art as promotional material / portfolio purposes, but you will own the character you purchase
Please do not edit / draw over my work without permissionHowever, you may contact me if you would like to make edit/make adjustments to the work yourself, and I will give you permission

GENERAL TERMS
Please credit me for the art/design I created. I would appreciate being credited in a place where people can see itIf credit is not given, I will have to resort to DMing you on social media to deal with the issue in private.Failure to give credit even after the private DM will result in you being black-listed by me and you’ll be unable to commission me again afterwards.
ADOPT TERMS
Please do NOT do the following to my adopts:1. whitewash my adopts (if they are drawn with poc features)
2. detransition them if they are drawn as trans
3. use my adopts for hateful conduct (including transphobia, being racist, etc)

If you charge back on an adopt after purchasing, I will revoke your rights to owning the adopt and will resell it to someone else
GENERAL TERMS
If your design was purchased WITHOUT commercial usage, you cannot use it to make ANY kind of incomeCommercial fee may be paid at a later date (fee cost $30)If you use a design purchased from me to create income WITHOUT paying the fee, you will be blacklisted from purchasing any adopts, commissions or models in the future
You are allowed to resell the design you purchase but you can only resell it for the price it is worth.If you obtained the adopt via trade or for free, then please do NOT resell it for any real currency UNLESS you have added on commissions.
BLACKLIST (REMADE)
Blacklisted clients are not allowed to purchase or claim any new designs made by me, but can keep any designs made they have previously purchased
Do not sell and/or trade any of my art/designs to anyone on this blacklistThey have broken my TOS and are not allowed to own any art/designs by me

REASON FOR BLACKLISTING
1. Juzsick: scammer / does chargebacks after buying adopts2. yuwaiiba: tracing my logo/art while making a commission for me3. ghostar1svt/sindictaevt: doxxing + online stalking & making violent threats4. Rya/orrakill: block evading multiple times5. kreampuff__: scammer + owed me commissions that were never finished (and still owes me a refund of $140 to this day)6. sketchingstarz is a scammer. I paid for a $15 commission in august 2025, she agreed to give me a refund in December since it wasnt even worked on yet. She hasnt refunded me yet to this day. (she is currently active on discord as well)
